Octavia Goredema is the founder and editor of Twenty Ten Talent, a media platform that helps young black women accelerate their careers. Twenty Ten Talent has worked with leading companies, including Chevrolet, Dell, Mastercard, Major League Baseball, Viacom and CBS Television to share career development opportunities. Both the United Nations and the White House have shared Twenty Ten Talent content on their social media platforms.
Octavia is passionate about enabling others to achieve their potential and produces career development focused content for global companies. Octavia started her professional career in public relations eighteen years ago, working in London before moving to Los Angeles. She has led consumer and corporate communication campaigns for global brands and Fortune 500 companies.
Octavia is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire by the Queen, in recognition of her work to support black women in business.
